Chocolate Clusters
This recipe is a simple way to create sweets in the kitchen. Just by mixing a few ingredients you have a dessert that’s satisfying and full of nutrition. I’ll describe it as a cross between a candy bark and a peanut cluster. Sounds delicious right?!
Keep these in the fridge for the yummiest chocolate-y, nut and fruit treat! Chocolate Clusters also makes a great alternative to pre-packaged nut and fruit bars.
What Ingredients do I need?
Four ingredients are all you need! Of course, you could get away with as little as three!
- Melted Dipping Chocolate
- Peanuts
- Dried Fruit
- candy (optional)

How do I make Chocolate Clusters?
Using the easiest melted dipping chocolate, these come together in under 30 minutes from start to packaged (if you so wish to gift them). And because this is a “no bake” recipe, get the kids involved! Even if it means holding one while stirring 🙂
Here’s how you’ll make them:
- Mix peanuts into melted chocolate until well coated. Fold in fruit (I love coating these too but you could mix ever so slightly so you see more of the fruit). I love using blueberries, cherries and cranberries!
- Spread mixture flat on sheet pan and sprinkle on candy (if desired)
- Allow to harden in fridge
- Break into clusters
Store in fridge (out of sight, out of mind is a good thing with this recipe) and you’re ready to grab or plate. Enjoy!
