Not to sounds dramatic, but this recipe may change your life! I first saw this concept on Well and Good Eats and tried it. I liked it, but quickly decided I would make it my own.

For example:
- Do you or your kids have a sweet tooth?

Cherry Berry 3 Ingredient Ice Cream Recipe
Are you familiar with “nice” cream? It’s basically a popular version of healthy ice cream where you take frozen bananas and blend them in blender or food processor until it appears like soft serve. The “nice” part refers to it being much healthier than ice cream. Cool, right?
Well, this is even nicer (is that a word)?!because you
Why you ask?
- You don’t have to worry about slicing, freezing bananas
- No appliances needed
- There are so many flavor possibilities
And in case you didn’t catch it earlier– all you have to do is stir it up!
Sure, this isn’t exactly soft serve consistency. But swirling in some whipped cream creates a creamier consistency that is sure to please.
What ingredients do I need?
When it comes to ice cream, the three ingredients are typically milk, cream and sugar. Here we are mixing that up a bit for a healthier alternative! All you need is the following:
- Frozen Cherry Berry Blend (I use Season’s Choice from Aldi)
- Milk
- Whipped Cream
Do I need to use blender?
Similiar to the tik tok ice cream, there’s absolutely no churning, food processing and NO BLENDING.
Yet, even better than that viral sensation, there’s also no ziploc bags, towels or silly dancing needed either 🙂
This is really just a pour and stir kind of recipe.
How to make simple ice cream at home
Grab your frozen fruit, milk and whipped cream. And get ready to stir it up. Literally!
- Add Cherry Berry Fruit Blend into bowl.
- Pour just enough milk over it to cover majority of fruit.
- Wait 30 seconds. Give it a stir.
- Let it sit, continuing to stir every 30 seconds- 1 minute until milk solidifies to desired consistency
- Top with whipped topping
- Add any additional toppings per preference (pssst chocolate!!)
- Enjoy by the spoonful, swirling in the whipped topping as you eat
Tips/Tricks
- Use your favorite milk– I use regular milk for kids, I often use almond for me
- You may need to mash up larger pieces of fruit as your stir
- Use favorite whipped topping (sugar, dairy free!)
- Any frozen fruit works
- The smaller the fruit pieces, the more the milk solidifies
Anytime is a great time for 3-ingredient Ice Cream. I hope you love it!
