- 1 can biscuits, refrigerated 10 count
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup bacon bits, real
- 1/2 cup spinach crumbled/chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper per preference
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease 9x13 baking dish
Cut each biscuit into 1/8th pieces, line pieces equally in dish
Sprinkle bacon, spinach and cheese on top of biscuit pieces
Scramble egg and milk together, stir in garlic powder, salt and pepper
Pour egg mixture on top of biscuits
Place dish into oven and bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until biscuits are puffed up and golden brown
