Ingredients
  

  • 1 can biscuits, refrigerated 10 count
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup bacon bits, real
  • 1/2 cup spinach crumbled/chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper per preference

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease 9x13 baking dish
  • Cut each biscuit into 1/8th pieces, line pieces equally in dish
  • Sprinkle bacon, spinach and cheese on top of biscuit pieces
  • Scramble egg and milk together, stir in garlic powder, salt and pepper
  • Pour egg mixture on top of biscuits
  • Place dish into oven and bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until biscuits are puffed up and golden brown
