French Toast Casserole with Biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can biscuits 10 count
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk non fat
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 TBSP cinnamon
  • powdered sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray
  • Cut each biscuit into 1/8th pieces, line pieces equally in dish
  • Scramble egg and milk together, add in vanilla and cinnamon
  • Pour egg mixture on top of biscuits
  • Place dish into oven and bake for 30-35 minutes
  • Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar prior to serving
