French Toast Casserole with Biscuits

- 1 can biscuits 10 count
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk non fat
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 TBSP cinnamon
- powdered sugar optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray
Cut each biscuit into 1/8th pieces, line pieces equally in dish
Scramble egg and milk together, add in vanilla and cinnamon
Pour egg mixture on top of biscuits
Place dish into oven and bake for 30-35 minutes
Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar prior to serving
