Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup tropical fruit frozen
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup spinach leaves frozen
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • add ins like protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, etc optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend for about 1 minute or until you reach desired consistency
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Add additional liquid or ice as needed.
