- 1 can fried apples I buy mine at Aldi USA
- 3 Tbsp Protein pancake mix
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Place saute pan over medium heat on stovetop
Add can of fried apples, including juice and heat until bubbling
Add in pancake mix and continue to heat, stirring until mix is dissolved and mixture is thick
Turn off heat, sprinkle on cinnamon and give one last stir
