Ingredients
  

  • 1 can fried apples I buy mine at Aldi USA
  • 3 Tbsp Protein pancake mix
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place saute pan over medium heat on stovetop
  • Add can of fried apples, including juice and heat until bubbling
  • Add in pancake mix and continue to heat, stirring until mix is dissolved and mixture is thick
  • Turn off heat, sprinkle on cinnamon and give one last stir
  • Serve and enjoy!
