Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup Spinach Artichoke Dip I use Tzatziki dip from Aldi
  • 2.5 tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • Fresh or Frozen Spinach to garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray baking dish with non stick spray
  • Tenderize chicken breasts, if necessary, and lay flat in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  • Spread 2 TBSP of dip onto each chicken, evenly coating tops
  • Sprinkle on cheeses and garnish with spinach as desired
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken fully cooked
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F
