Spinach Artichoke Dip
I use Tzatziki dip from Aldi

tbsp
Parmesan Cheese
grated
3/4
cup
mozzarella cheese
shredded
Fresh or Frozen Spinach
to garnish, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray baking dish with non stick spray
Tenderize chicken breasts, if necessary, and lay flat in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste
Spread 2 TBSP of dip onto each chicken, evenly coating tops
Sprinkle on cheeses and garnish with spinach as desired
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken fully cooked
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F
