Instructions
Start by gathering all ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray baking dish with nonstick spray
Mix all ingredients, except spinach, in bowl until well blended
Add in spinach and fold in evenly
Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until top is lightly browned and toothpick comes out nearly clean
Notes
If using a different size dish, baking time will vary and casserole is done when center sets
