Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz canned tuna 2 cans of 5 oz each, drained
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt nonfat
  • 1/2 cup Corn canned or cooked from frozen
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves diced or torn
  • 1.5 Tbsp taco seasoning about half of packet
  • 1 tsp dried cilantro optional

Instructions
 

Prepare Tuna Salad

  • Place all ingredients in bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste

Serve and Enjoy

  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips or on a wrap or put in airtight container and store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
