  • 1 cup Watermelon
  • 1/2 cup Mango frozen
  • 1/2 cup Riced Cauliflower frozen
  • 4 TBSP Yogurt
  • 1/4 milk nonfat

Instructions
 

  • Gather ingredients
  • Layer into blender, starting with milk
  • Puree until creamy and smooth
  • Pour into cup, top with a straw and enjoy!

Makes one smoothie or 2 kid size smoothies
