Peanut Butter Balls with Oats

These four ingredient energy balls are so easy to make, no bake and are a great way to use up those browning bananas. Stir, roll and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas medium size
  • 2 cups oats quick oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Peel bananas and add to bowl in small chunks. Mash with a fork.
  • Stir in peanut butter, continuing to mash as you combine.
  • Add in oats and combine mixture until oats are well coated and absorbed
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Using a tablespoon, form into approximately 18 servings
  • Store balls in airtight containter in fridge. Enjoy!

Notes

I recommend placing in refrigerator 15-20 minutes prior to eating.
You can also refrigerate the oat mixture prior to forming balls to minimize the stickiness and may be easier to form
