Peanut Butter Balls with Oats
These four ingredient energy balls are so easy to make, no bake and are a great way to use up those browning bananas. Stir, roll and enjoy!

- 2 bananas medium size
- 2 cups oats quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Peel bananas and add to bowl in small chunks. Mash with a fork.
Stir in peanut butter, continuing to mash as you combine.
Add in oats and combine mixture until oats are well coated and absorbed
Fold in chocolate chips
Using a tablespoon, form into approximately 18 servings
Store balls in airtight containter in fridge. Enjoy!
I recommend placing in refrigerator 15-20 minutes prior to eating.
You can also refrigerate the oat mixture prior to forming balls to minimize the stickiness and may be easier to form
