Mini Easter Nest Cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Kodiak FlapJack and Waffle mix Dark Chocolate
  • 1 3/4 cups milk or water
  • Cadbury mini eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray bunt pan with non-stick spray
  • Stir mix and milk together until combined
  • Pour batter into mini bundt cake cups, diving evenly among the 12 cups
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, until done. Let cool.
  • Run butter knife along perimeter of each mini cake to help loosen from pan. Flip pan over to remove cakes
  • Top each cake with 3 candy eggs. Enjoy!

Notes

Spray pan well with non-stick spray
create "nest" cakes from any prepared cake mix 
You can substitute candy eggs with fruit, sausage or yogurt for a breakfast/snack "nest" all year round!
