Instructions
Gather ingredients and preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees
In mixing bowl, coat frozen cauliflower gnocchi with olive oil and 2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese and salt
Arrange gnocchi in air fryer in single layer, ensuring there is space between each piece
Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Rotate gnocchi and top with 2 more TBSP of parmesan cheese and spray with non-stick spray (olive oil preferred)
Return to air fryer for another 10-12 minutes, or until crispy, golden brown
Garnish with salt and pepper to taste and dried parsley
Serve with my Easy Marinara Sauce or your favorite dip
Notes
