Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

Skip the drive-thru and stir up this easy, healthier version of a PSL. Combine that canned pumpkin with your favorite brewed coffee, some honey, and a light dusting of spices. Don't forget the whipped cream!

  • 8 oz brewed coffee warm
  • 1/2 cup milk nonfat
  • 1.5 TBSP Pumpkin Puree canned
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice plus more for sprinkling
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Add milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, vanilla, and honey into microwave safe glass bowl or cup, give a little stir and heat for 1-2 minutes, until warm
  • Use hand frother to mix milk mixture until well combined and pour into mug
  • Pour coffee over mixture until mug is almost full
  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pie spice or cinnamon
