  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree 100 percent pure
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach pieces optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine marinara, pumpkin, and seasoning in saucepan on warm over low/medium heat until warm and reaches desired consistency
  • Sprinkle in chopped spinach pieces and serve over spaghetti or enjoy in favorite recipes
