Crispy Ranch Dill Chickpeas
A zesty seasoned snack that satisfies the crunch while adding a punch of nutrition. Bonus, it's extremely budget friendly and all ingredients are stored on your pantry shelf. Yum!

- 1 can Garbanzo beans
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1.5 TBSP Ranch Seasoning
- 1 TBSP Dill seasoning
After baking (optional)
- 1 tsp Ranch Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Dill seasoning
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Drain can of chickpeas and dry off with towel. Take the time to discard skin
Toss in olive oil, ranch seasoning and Dill seasoning, until well coated
Arrange chickpeas in single layer on baking pan lined with parchment paper
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through
Turn off oven, stir again, and allow to sit for another 5-10 minutes until brown and crispy
Remove from oven and lightly dust with remaining ranch and dill. Enjoy!
