Crispy Ranch Dill Chickpeas

A zesty seasoned snack that satisfies the crunch while adding a punch of nutrition. Bonus, it's extremely budget friendly and all ingredients are stored on your pantry shelf. Yum!

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Garbanzo beans
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1.5 TBSP Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 TBSP Dill seasoning

After baking (optional)

  • 1 tsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Dill seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Drain can of chickpeas and dry off with towel. Take the time to discard skin
  • Toss in olive oil, ranch seasoning and Dill seasoning, until well coated
  • Arrange chickpeas in single layer on baking pan lined with parchment paper
  • Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through
  • Turn off oven, stir again, and allow to sit for another 5-10 minutes until brown and crispy
  • Remove from oven and lightly dust with remaining ranch and dill. Enjoy!
